<li class="instruction">Bake at 350&deg; for 50-60 minutes in a large cake pan.</li>
<li class="instruction">Frosting: 1 cup powered sugar, 4 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, pinch of salt</li>
<li class="instruction">Cream ingredients together and spread on top of cooled cake. Sprinkle additional nuts on top. Enjoy.</li>

<li class="instruction">In a large bowl, using a whisk, beat eggs until blended.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add milk, butter, onion, parsley, thyme, nutmeg, salt, and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.</li>
<li class="instruction">Fold in rice, 2 cups of the cheese, and spinach.</li>
<li class="instruction">Turn the mixture into a 4-quart casserole dish or baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray or oil.</li>
<li class="instruction">BAKE, uncovered, until bubbly, about 45 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese evenly over top and bake, uncovered, until cheese melts, about 5 minutes longer.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ILC Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse.</p>
<p>The ballots for the three open Board positions and other information for the Annual Meeting will be mailed to each homeowner the week of January 9th, 2012. We need 61 ballots returned to have a quorum and have an Annual Meeting. Please vote. It is all 120 homeowner’s responsibility and right as a member of Island Lakes Condominiums. We need to keep our foundation strong in these economical times. It is just the right thing to do.</p>

<p>Anyone who knowingly disposes of these items can be fined.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t place computers, monitors and TVs in the trash, recycling bin, or at the curb. Electronics require special handling and cannot be collected via your regular curbside service.</p>
<p>Solid waste disposal sites cannot accept computers, monitors and TVs for disposal. A recycling depot located at a landfill, transfer station or other site may accept them for recycling. Check with the facility first.</p>
